St George Animal Rescue was established to provide professional, reliable animal transport services across the greater Sydney region.
Expanded into council seizure and impounding
The business expanded its scope to include the seizure and impounding of non-indigenous animals in partnership with local councils.
Companion animal recovery added
From 1 July 1998, StGAR began playing a key role in the recovery and reunification of companion animals, supporting councils in protecting public safety and animal welfare outcomes.
